Soft stone fruit aromas greet the nose. The palate is elegant and rich with harmoniously in tegrated subtle oak characters. Flavours of peach, nectarine and rockmel on flow through to a balanced, delicate finish.

Aromas of blackcurrant, spices and dark chocolate. Full, flavoursome ripe dark berries, soft silky tannins and a long dry finish.

The wine's appearance shows intense red cherry with purple edges. The Joven opens up with aromas of ripe clean red fruits, moreish and balanced with a silky finish.

Ripe plum and cherries with hints of spice, especially white pepper & aniseed. Medium bodied with notes of plum, cherry, red berries and liquorice. Maturation in oak adds a layer of richness; dark chocolate and lifted oak combine with fine tannins to create excellent length.

The fruit was picked in the cool of the evening to preserve vibrancy and full fruit expression. The palate tracks warmth with medium to full bodies intensity with rich fruit, integrated oak, and a long finish with a fine lick of tannin. Food Matching: Rich meaty food dishes or cheese.
