Sullivans Cove Old & Rare French Oak Single 19 Year Old Single Malt Whisky (TD0022)
Product Description: Refill oak, full expression—19 years in the making. Sullivans Cove Old & Rare TD0022 is a 19-year-old single malt matured in a second-fill French oak cask—a release that captures the beauty of restraint. Distilled in July 2005 and decanted in August 2024, this is a whisky of remarkable depth and harmony, shaped slowly over time in a 300L refill cask that tempers oak influence and allows the distillery’s signature spirit to lead. Cask TD0022 yielded just 374 bottles at 47.5% ABV, each one a study in balance. Second-fill oak amplifies the fruity, ester-driven character of Myrtle, Sullivans Cove’s custom-built copper still, with notes of tropical fruit, jammy berries, roasted nuts and delicate florals unfurling across a silken palate. This release is presented in a handmade solid oak box and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. Part of the Old & Rare series, TD0022 is a clear reminder that age alone doesn’t define greatness—maturity, nuance and patience do. Clase Azul Añejo Tequila
Clase Azul is a Mexican tequila brand that has been sharing the magic of Mexican culture with the world for the past 25 years. The brand was born from a dream to showcase the beauty of Mexican traditions and land. Its iconic decanter, a unique creation made by Mexican artisans, was the starting point of this dream. The name Clase Azul, meaning blue class, was inspired by the blue agave used to make their spirits and the paint on their first Reposado decanter. Despite facing challenges such as natural disasters and financial crises, Clase Azul has stayed true to its ideals and overcome adversity. In 2007, the brand founded Tradición Mazahua, a ceramic workshop where Clase Azul artisans dedicate themselves to creating the brand's decanters as a tribute to Mexican culture. Today, Clase Azul is proud to share the magic of Mexico with more than 55 countries. The brand has transformed into Clase Azul México, but it still preserves the spirit that drives it to showcase the beauty of Mexican culture to the world. Clase Azul México aims to transcend and represent Mexican culture around the world with its exquisite creations and spaces that reveal the heart of Mexico. The agaves used for Clase Azul tequilas grow in Los Altos de Jalisco, a region of red-coloured earth that creates unique properties in the plant. To create their exquisite tequilas, Clase Azul follows a long transformation process that involves slow-cooking the agave piñas in masonry ovens, milling them to extract the sugars, fermenting them with patented yeast, and double-distilling them in copper stills. Clase Azul Tequila Plata is the unaged tequila that captures the notes of the agave, but the journey isn't over yet. The tequila is matured in casks made from oak or other types of wood, allowing it to develop a more complex profile. Clase Azul also honours the tradition of mezcal, which can be made from a wide range of agave species and reflects the soil and conditions that have nourished the agave. The artisanship found in Clase Azul's decanters is a reflection of Mexico's cultural diversity. Each decanter is a creative process that demands artistic drive, technical ability and knowledge passed down for generations. The tequila decanters tell stories through their decoration, while the mezcal decanters display caps decorated with precious artisanal techniques. Clase Azul Añejo Tequila is a tribute to the Mazahua indigenous culture and an expression that truly honours Mexican culture. Its intense amber colour with copper highlights and great body are the result of a magnificent 25-month journey in American whiskey casks. On the nose, Clase Azul Añejo Tequila offers a complex aroma of toffee, cinnamon, clove, roasted hazelnut, Mexican vanilla, orange marmalade, quince and toasted oak. The silky mouthfeel on the palate reveals flavors of nutmeg, clove, orange marmalade and toasted oak. This tequila pairs well with rich cuts of meats such as ribeye, picanha, duck breast or beef ribs accompanied by a robust sauce like velouté, meat gravy or mole. Semi-mature cheeses like brie and camembert accompanied with bread and red berry compote also make a great pairing. For dessert, try pairing Clase Azul Añejo Tequila with bitter chocolate with guava jam or roasted banana. The external beauty of the Clase Azul Añejo Tequila decanter tells the story of its origin. The spirals superimposed on the raw clay symbolize the earth's fertility, while the thin blue line represents the water that gives life to the agave. The piña in the center symbolizes the heart and soul of tequila and the four-petaled flower on the back is the traditional Mazahua representation of the Sun and its fullness in the centre of space and time. The delicate and distinctive feathered design of the Clase Azul family in 24K gold paint adds the finishing touch to this beautiful decanter.

Van Winkle Special Reserve 12 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey
Van Winkle Special Reserve 12 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey is the perfect combination between proof and age. This full-bodied, sweet whisky has been described by some as “nectar.” The medium proof and 12 years of aging seem to be just right in creating a very pleasant drink of whisky. This whisky is a beautiful amber-orange colour. The nose has aromas of luscious, complex toffee. The palate begins round and supple, leading to a dry, expansive, medium body. There are flavours of brown spices, caramel, and nuts. It’s an outrageously smooth and decadent bourbon.
Maison Audry Cognac Grande Champagne RESERVE ARISTIDE 50y+
RÉSERVE ARISTIDE A PURE ODE TO GRANDE CHAMPAGNE. FIVE DECADES OF SLOW AGING THAT TAKE YOU ON AN UNFORGETTABLE AROMATIC AND SENSORY JOURNEY OLFACTORY NOTES An incredible palette of aromas emerges in several successive waves. Spices, cooked peaches, black pepper, liquorice, fig, nutmeg, clove, honey, violet and marzipan. TASTING NOTES Impressive length in the mouth and very long finish. This blend is a mix of more than 50 years old eaux-de-vie with and without lees, sourced only from the most prestigious terroir of Grande Champagne. The perfect balance of finesse and elegance. It is “Brut de fût” at 50% volume. A very rare ecstasy. The color is a beautiful dark mahogany gloss with amber highlights. An astonishing bouquet of aromas: touches of white flowers between acacia honey, apple and peach blossom, cinnamon, pear and violet on the first attack followed by more assertive aromas such as spices (grey and black pepper), liquorice, nutmeg, candied fig, clove with a strong finish of leather and coffee/cocoa variations. The perfect nectar to share with old time friends after a meal ending with a chocolate dessert or coffee éclairs and a Darjeeling tea (flavored with bergamot?) or a grand cru coffee with a few swirls of Montecristo or Cohiba. Réserve Aristide is a meditation cognac with a very broad aromatic structure. Take your time to fully enjoy it and to reveal itself completely. At the start of its ageing, the eaux-de-vie pass quickly through new barrels to preserve their natural aromatics. They will then be removed in an old barrel to continue their aging in a humid cellar, which promotes roundness and accentuates the notes of rancios. With its ABV of 50%, the reduction of eaux-de-vie is favored in a natural way. This high degree provides a more accomplished taste experience as well as a better perception of aromas. This cognac contains no additives, sugar, or caramel. Only light filtration is carried out to preserve its aromatic qualities as much as possible.
