A captivating Tasmanian whisky cream liqueur dominated by Hellyers Road original single malt whisky and fresh Tasmanian cream. The liqueur casts aromas of chocolate, coconut, malt-o-milk biscuit, with a suggestion of honey. The palate is rich and creamy, delivering an explosion of malt biscuit, coconut and chocolate flavours.

Our Limited Release Ruby Pinot Cask Finish is a tantalisingly light and fruit-filled composition; a single malt whisky with notes of orange blossom and honeysuckle that embodies the characteristics of a crisp, Tasmanian spring morning. A combination of Port, Sherry, Bourbon, White Oak and Wine casks from our Bothwell Distillery were selected to complement the juicy flavours of vibrant berries from the finishing casks: Frogmore Creek’s ex-Ruby Pinot Noir fortified wine casks. With mouth-watering inflections of mandarin, maple and meadow honey, this is a compellingly crisp single malt whisky reminiscent of a springtime sunrise in the Tasmanian highlands. Mouthwatering mandarin, maple, meadow honey, macadamia, and marizipan. From a thoughtful selection of our Bothwell Distillery’s bourbon, sherry and white oak casks to a balance of both Seppeltsfield PX Sherry and Lark brandy barrels comes a mosaic of a single malt both quaint and comforting. Full of dark forest fruits, bright citrus peel and Tasmanian brandy blanketed in toasted oak, this indulgent little dram is as a slice of fruitcake and a cuppa. Our Bespoke Gin is made from scratch in small batches in Tasmania. Carefully distilled from a premium grape base, pure Tasmanian water and a unique blend of Tasmanian grown (fresh Lime and Rose) and internationally sourced botanicals (twelve total Botanicals)

Forty Spotted Rare Tasmanian Gin is hand distilled in small copper pot stills using the steeping method of Gin production and use of traditional botanicals of juniper berry, coriander and lemon peel creating a traditional London Dry style, but incorporating something a little bit special to give this Gin a unique finish.

Lark Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky is proudly unique in character and style. Entirely made by hand, Lark consistently distills some of the worlds most prized Whiskies, with no more than 100 litres at a time. Distilled in locally crafted copper-pot stills, this exceptional classic cask is the flagship product of the Lark Distillery. This Whisky is best described as a complex mix of vanilla-caramel-maple syrup with some slightly spicy, floral notes and gentle hints of fresh pepper on a flavourful lingering finish.
