The colour is a bright, vibrant gold. The nose is summery and fruity. The palate is well-balanced with an overall fruity overtone and strong pineapple notes. The finish is long, creamy, and smooth.

Pimm's No.1 is the much loved, Gin-based drink of England, containing quinine and a secret mixture of herbs - a recipe said to be known to only six people.
