The Philip Shaw No.11 Chardonnay is produced from high altitude vineyards in a region firmly claiming its rightful place at the table of great Chardonnay regions, Orange of NSW. A brilliant combination of flavours of citrus and honey dew and a great sense of minerality with a firm focus on low crops and supreme site selection.

The Ridge of Tears Orange Riesling has a perfume of orange blossom, lime leaf, lavender, mandarin peel and wet stone. The sleek palate has a seamless flow with flavours of lime cordial, red apple and ginger before a bright, long finish.

Glowing green gold in colour, Carillion The Crystals Chardonnay displays aromas of lean fig and pineapple with a subtle layer of grilled cashew. Lean mineral complexity leads into fresh lime and grapefruit held up with hints of vanilla from quality French oak. Perfect for a summer picnic.

Light ruby in colour with lifted aromas of cherry, red berry and blood plum. The palate is bright with sour cherry, fresh raspberries and cranberries and a hint of spice. Bright fruit flavours are balanced with fine, soft tannins. Aging in French oak and clonal selection add layers of complexity and finesse. Enjoy now or cellar for many years to come. 2019 was the inaugural vintage for Byrne Farm in cool climate Orange. Jeff Byrne is the former head winemaker at Audrey Wilkinson in the Hunter. A superb first release.Attractive garnet colour. Forest floor, pot pourri, game and mushroom. Clean, delicate and very elegant, bursting with bright red fruit, velvety texture, soft oak, juicy acidity and a dry finish. Gently handled with lovely fruit expression.

Tart red fruit characters offering raspberries and red cherries, this is frame nicely with a line of spice with cinnamon and sandalwood, light approaching medium bodied with lovely spice in the finish.

In the glass: Pale lemon green. On the nose: Lime, green apple and jasmine.On the palate: Bone dry and extremely mouth-watering with layers of lime, green apple and jasmine and faint chalky notes on the finish.
