The Noble One by De Bortoli is considered Australia's premier dessert wine, and for obvious reasons. The wine has won countless awards at the leading wine shows around the country and has a wonderful propensity to develop even further in the bottle. The 2002 Noble One is a classic expression of the style with rich apricot treacle characters with fig and orange blossom still active on the nose and palate. Hints of vanilla bean and a refreshing acidity on the finish mean this decade old wine will continue to live in the cellar for many years more.

St Hugo has been a long established name in Australian wine, namely due to the iconic Cabernet Sauvignon from Coonawarra. Made from premium Barossa Valley fruit that provides dark berry fruits with opulent herb and spice characters. With a cellaring potential of over 10 years, this Shiraz can proudly wear the St Hugo name.

St Hugo Cabernet Shiraz displays a dark ruby red with purple hues. The bouquet of dark forest fruits such as plum, blueberry and cassis lead into a beautifully complex palate of blackcurrent, sweet plum and chalky tannins. There is a underlying savoury oak hint and a finish of lingering dark chocolate.

Petaluma Croser is one of the true premium quality sparklings produced in Australia. This Croser is subtle and refined on the nose and supported by lovely melony fruit on the palate and a clean crisp finish. Sourced from fruit high in the Adelaide Hills, Croser is the perfect aperitif style sparkling.

Taylors St Andrews Shiraz from the Clare Valley is a classic and is consistently a show-stopper. The bouquet shows rich plum and cherry fruit with earthy spice and the palate is perfectly balanced with soft silky tannins.

Château Filhot is set amongst the woods and fields of Sauternes and is one of the most beautiful estates in the region. No oak is used in the production of Filhot, only glass-fibre vats that contribute to the elegant structure of the wines, rarely becoming the uncious and full bodied wines that generally have a higher proportion of Semillon. The Filhot from the 2009 vintage is dominated by a subtle nutty note, most prominantly almond. A multiple award winner, this gorgeous Barossa Semillon from Peter Lehmann is showing complex aromas of nuts, lanolin, beeswax and honeyed overtones. The palate is fresh with wonderful breadth and lemony/honeyed aged characters. Serving it up to those in the Hunter Valley quite nicely!
