Pale straw green in colour. Complex bouquet, nutty and lifted. The palate is fine and deep with a lengthy finish.

The 2017 Chardonnay fruit was handpicked in pristine condition. Lifted bouquet of nectarines and stone fruits with an underlay of toasty spice. Barrel ferment characters add complexity while flavours of citrus and cashew swirl around the palate to give a long flavoursome finish.

Gorgeous varietal character with gentle white peach, sweet lemon and pear flavours. Hand-picked, whole-bunch-pressed fruit was fermented cool and blended early to preserve freshness. Venator – the Latin word for HUNTER. Rich stone fruit characters of peach and nectarine on the nose complemented by a hint of nutmeg and clove spice. The palate is long and tight filled with melon and stone fruit notes finishing with a crunchy, nectarine-like acidity. A balanced used of French oak provides mid palate structure and complexity. This wine is made to be enjoyed now or over the medium term.

Complex mineral and flint aromas with a palate that has good length. Tyrrell's Stevens Semillon has wonderful balance between the fresh citrus flavours of youth and the aged 'toasty' characters. It is great with seafood dishes.

Frogmore Creek is a superb cool-climate Chardonnay from Tasmania that shows stonefruit and citrus varietal aromas which are enhanced by quality oak. The palate is beautifully structured with tight natural acidity. A very complex and subtle style.
