Bright pale yellow, there is nothing Innocent about this Pinot Gris! An extremely well made wine with distinct pear and freshly cut green apple slice on the nose followed by similar varietal characters on the palate. It is satisfyingly crisp with great acidity structure to be one of the great summer enjoyment.

Their Cool Climate Chardonnay shows great concentration of white peach, nectarine and white flower blossom on the nose. Sourced from the original Dixons Creek Estate vineyard, this Chardonnay speaks of place and shines a light on one of the Yarra Valleys most prized grape varieties. Fresh, zesty citrus and melon jump from the glass supported by notes of almond meal and sublte French oak spice. The palate shows incredible clarity of fruit framed up by the considered use of new French oak. Barrell fermentation and lees stirring adds a level of richness and compexity delivering an wine that speaks of place. Cat Amongst the Pidgeons Chardonnay is a beauty from the Barossa Valley. It's got great balance, with its tropical stone fruit flavours and subtle oak flavours. With a nice fresh finish, there's a lot to enjoy.
