The Cat Amoungst the Pigeons Chardonnay has a white peach, nectarine and melon fruit taste with a subtle oak, crisp acid line.

La Bohème Act Four, a blend of Syrah (Shiraz) and Gamay from De Bortoli. This delicious wine has a soft, textured palate consisting of red and black fruits, spice, bitter chocolate and perky acidity. Well intergraded oak with a lengthy finish.

Lindeman's Early Harvest Crisp Chardonnay is a medium bodied wine with lively acidity and aromas of tropical fruit salads with subtle spicy vanilla oak undertone on the palate. It contains less alcohol and less calories than regular Lindeman's wines, yet still delivers the same outstanding Lindeman's quality.

Château Martinolles Limoux is bright gold in colour. On the nose - complex with tropical fruit aromas, oak, brioche and toast. To taste, full-bodied rich and creamy notes. Elegant with a long toasty finish and best served with seafood, white meat in creamy sauce or as an aperitif.

Chardonnay sourced from Victorias cool climate King Valley goes into Nugan's Estate Chardonnay. Pale straw in appearance, with a youthful green hue. Aromas of peach, nectarine, poached peach and mixed spice, a rich mout filling palate of stone fruit, biscuit and yeast notes with a crisp acidity make this a good drink.

With not only Robert 'Bob' Oatley's signature on the label, the wine itself has the signature of winemaker Larry Cherubino all over it. The 2015 Cherry Tree Hill Chardonnay is a great example of a cool climate wine. The depth of amazing fruit is complimented perfectly by subtle oak tannins integrated from ten months ageing in large format French and Hungarian oak barrels.
