Devil's Lair The Hidden Cave collection was created to showcase the daring and innovative approach to Margaret River winemaking. Oliver Crawford hits the mark beautifully with this Chardonnay that is bursting with Granny Smith apple aromas. In the mouth the wine is a cascading behemoth of white peach and rich nougat.

Red Hill is one of the more popular wineries in Victoria due to their fantastic quality wines are quite brilliantly priced. Their Cool Climate Chardonnay shows great concentration of white peach, nectarine and white flower blossom on the nose. And tropical fruits such as pineapple, honeydew and ripe peach, intergraded with structured acidity on the palate. This wine has a great clean finish. Ideal to drink now or for careful medium-term cellaring.

Beautifully integrated tropical flavors such as pineapple, mango, and papaya with citrus notes that explode in your mouth. These flavors from Kendall - Jackson Vintner's Reserve Chardonnay, delicately intertwine with aromas of vanilla and honey to create depth and balance throughout. This Pinot Gris has a bright straw colour with lifted aromas of honeysuckle pear and floral notes. Ageing in oak has given the wine a creamy texture and with crisp acidity on the finish.

Pear and citrus fruits are complimented by subtle characters gained from lees contact to create a complex and refreshing Pinot Gris.

Shadowfax Chardonnay is blended from premium cool climate districts of southern Victoria. This Chardonnay crafted by Matt Harrop is elegant and complex with attractive varietal and barrel derived characters.

Stone fruit and citrus characters are complimented by French oak maturation and time on lees to create a lively and savoury Chardonnay.
