These elegant scents are celebrated on the palate in a freshness which is as intense as it is enchanting, and rendered joyful by the fluttering bubbles which brings out the wine's innate lightness and drinkability and provided a delightfully lingering finish to its delicate aromas.

An organic Prosecco doc with a brilliant perlage. Intense hints of pear and white flowers on the nose. In the mouth it is fresh, with an enveloping foam that accompanies the drink towards a balanced and persistent finish.

Brown Brothers have added the Prosecco Rosato to join the original, and much loved, Prosecco. In the glass there is a rose-gold colour and a soft nose of strawberry and apple skins. With the addition of a touch of Cienna to the Prosecco, the sparkling wine retains its trademark acidity while showcasing a softer, rounder side to the palate. Complex and velvety with hints of ripe yellow apple, yellow plum, whiteflowers – predominantly white rose, slightly spicy and balsamic. The low sulphur enhances a deeper and more clear-cut sense of the aromas. Intense and noble, it recalls the complexity of the aroma and hints of fruit.

A certified organic and vegan rose Prosecco, made from a blend of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir), presented in a beautiful cut glass bottle. Elegant pale pink in appearance, enhanced by a fine and persistent foam. Intense hints of red berry fruit and flowers mixed with delicate spicy notes. On the palate it is fresh with notes of ripe pear and delicately savoury characters, well balanced and persistent.

Fruity rennet apple, notes of Mediterranean spice, vanilla and acacia. It is a well-balanced wine, very fresh, where the fruit aromas are enhanced by a good liveliness. Persistent and with an elegant aftertaste.

This Italian sparkling wine demonstrates a bright yellow color, with some greenish hints; the nose is pleasant and fruity with good intensity. It shows fresh fruit on the palate with a harmonious balance.

Straw in colour with subtle green hues and a delicate nose displaying apple and pear characters. While this wine retains the freshness and vibrancy that Prosecco is known for, the fruit for this NV release was picked later to provide a softer, rounder palate full of crisp citrus notes. This refreshing sparkling is made to drink young while at its light and delicate best.
