Crafted from 100% Beechworth fruit, with wild yeast fermentation and extended lees contact to enhance texture and mouthfeel. Arneis, a crisp, crunchy, spicy Italian white originating from Piedmont, Italy, traditionally made without oak. Dal Zotto are owned and managed by the Dal Zotto family where their vineyards, winery and cellar door lie cradled in the tranquil King Valley in the foothills of the spectacular Victorian Alps of northeast Victoria. Their Arneis shows all the trademark lifted aromatics and crunchy acidity of its Italian cousins. Enjoy with great company and a plate of seared scallops.

Named after Alfred Pizzini's grandmother, this is a medium bodied Sangiovese - warm and humble just like its namesake. Aromas of lightly spiced plums and cherries lead to hints of chocolate, leather and lovely savoury characters. The palate is generous and full flavoured with good length, soft tannins and flavours of plums and cherries.

The Nugan family named this wine after their grandfather, founder and inspiration - Alfredo Nugan. When a young Alfredo emigrated from Spain in 1940, he had a clear vision of his familys new life in Australia. Today, his legacy sees the Nugan family established as one of Australias most successful agricultural enterprises. This wine is a tribute to his vision and the passion he instilled in us, his family, to pursue his ideals of outstanding quality and service. Both the Sangiovese and Merlot are sourced from our Frascas Lane Vineyard in Victorias cool climate King Valley.

Medium yellow colour, with the aromas of honey and fig fruit. Rich and buttery with balanced oak length.

This Bianco is a blend of Friulano (52%), Verdelho (22%), Albarino (12%), Chardonnay (7%) and Riesling (7%) from the Alpine Valleys and the King Valley. Made from a number of separate parcels. The Friulano, Verdelho and Riesling were fermented in stainless steel with inoculated yeasts. The Albarino was wild fermented in a puncheon and the Chardonnay was sparkling pressings wild fermented in old barrels.
