Sourced from the Frasca’s Lane Vineyard in Victoria’s cool climate King Valley. Ripe aromas of cherry with hints of mocha, dark chocolate and earth followed by a savoury palate of spicy plum and raspberry with well-integrated tannins.

Hand picked grapes from cool climate vineyards in the King Valley and Tumbarumba were used to craft a methode traditionelle sparkling wine of the highest quality. Lifted aromas of green apple and citrus on the nose, and after extended time on lees the palate is soft and creamy with brioche characters.

The Nook Prosecco is sourced from the King Valley. It’s fresh and clean, with little hints of orange sherbet and blossom. A perfect balance of sweet and dry.

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge to the edges. Pear, green apple and lime aromas mix with some flinty mineral notes. Light and racy across the palate, green pear, Granny Smith apple and lime fruits are underpinned by crunchy acidity.
