Intense, textured and showing pure fruit flavours, Jester Shiraz is considered Mitolo's baby G.A.M Shiraz using the same barrels in which the G.A.M was previously aged in. YANGARRA ESTATE VINEYARD Kings Wood Shiraz Shiraz, McLaren Vale

Clarendon Hills is renowned for its dedication to single-vineyard expressions, and the Kangarilla Vineyard Old Vine Grenache is a standout example. Sourced from mature bush vines in McLaren Vale, this wine reflects both site and variety with clarity. The low-yielding vines produce concentrated fruit, hand-harvested to preserve integrity. Winemaker Roman Bratasiuk employs traditional techniques, including whole-bunch inclusion and extended maceration, followed by ageing in seasoned French oak to highlight structure and complexity without overpowering the fruit. Each vintage offers a distinct profile, yet a core character remains consistent: aromas of red berries, cherry and subtle spice, leading to a palate with supple texture and fine tannins. Earthy undertones and a savoury edge bring depth and balance. This Grenache is crafted to express the vineyard’s history and McLaren Vale’s potential for producing wines of remarkable longevity and appeal to collectors and drinkers alike.

51% Touriga and 49% Tempranillo. Although both quite tannic varieties, winemaker Peter Leask has crafted a youthful yet surprisingly supple drop. Delicious!Deep red to crimson. Fragrant nose of violets, blackberry, mulberry, tobacco and vanilla. Ripe black and purple fruit, with a seductively plush texture, some attractive cigar box and leather complexity, and a powerful finish. Yet to show its best.

Geoff Merrill Reserve Shiraz displays a deep red colour. The wine is packed with red berry, chocolate, leather and earthy characters. The palate is luxurious and generous before revealing the great structure underneath. Having undergone extended maturation first in barrel and then in bottle, the drink has become elegant and sophisticated.

A layered and floral nose of fresh lavender, flowering thyme and sage, along with bright red berry and dark cherry fruits. The palate is layered and complex whilst maintaining elegance. It has a mineral rich, structural palate with characters of wet slate, savoury cherry fruit, hints of warm spice and bright pomegranate like acidity. It is layered and has a fine and lingering finish.

In true McLaren Vale style, Serafino Magnitude Shiraz shows the rich fruit of the vintage, complex and integrated through maturation in French and American oak for 20 months.
