Bold flavours of citrus zest greet you on the nose and the initial palate followed by a crisp and refreshing mouthfeel. Taylors Chardonnay's toasty nutty flavours of the oak perfectly complement the rich melon peach varietal characters of the grape in this soft full-flavoured Chardonnay.

Taylors Pinot Gris is a strikingly varietal wine showing notes of baked apple and pear on the nose, with characteristic texture on the palate and soft acidity on the finish. Ideally suited to a whole range of foods, especially flash-barbecued prawns.

This delicious Sauvignon Blanc from Taylors shows classic varietal aromas of passionfruit, grapefruit and gooseberry. The palate is intense and lively, brimming with flavours of tropical fruit and fresh herbs.

This Clare Valley Cabernet from Taylors shows ample varietal blackcurrant flavour seasoned with some attractive sweet oak. The tannins are firm but nicely in balance.

Delightfully fresh and zippy Clare Valley Semillon, delicious on its own and lovely with fresh seafood. Dark garnet in colour with pronounced dark fruits, mint and oak on the nose. Another classic from the winery that showcase the regions true character. Full bodied mouth-fill with similar quality from the nose, a hint of metallic aftertaste on the palate. Gracefully lengthy finish.

Crisp, tangy and delicate, Mr Riggs Watervale Riesling displays a pale yellow with lime hues. Vibrant bouquet of stone fruit, slate and zesty lime. Fine acidity and great balance, the palate is an explosion of fresh yellow fruit and superb minerality.
