The fruit is sourced here from three regional sub districts and matured in old French oak for roughly 12 months. Fermented 80% in stainless steel tanks and the rest in French oak barriques, Vinaceous Shakre Chardonnay has been designed to display the strengths of modern Margaret River Chardonnay. This wine of merit features a pale lemon colour and opens with bright and clean fruit aromas accompanied by subtle oak nuances. Juicy and structured on the palate, the wine offers a crisp and clean finish that lingers on. It's a casual, uncomplicated accompaniment to a variety of meals, especially mushrooms.

Modern white wine making techniques were used with temperature control critical from the vineyard through to the winery. Each variety was kept separately with a range of different yeast being employed on the two different parcels. It was then transferred to temperature controlled steel tanks.
