Sevenhill Spire's Lament Viognier
Mid straw colour. The aroma is of apricot and honeydew melon fruit aromas with barrel derived characters of blanched almond and crème brûlée. The palate is clean and lightly textured, a core of honey and melon fruit, fresh acidity and fine linear oak tannins extending the palate.
XXXX Gold
It has a mild hoppy taste with a subtle sweet flavour. Unlike a lot of reduced alcohol beers it maintains a solid body and texture. It is an excellent beer for those long lunches.
Maude Pinot Noir
A herbal, floral and slightly 'funky' nose leads to dark, brooding red fruits with impeccable poise and balance. Great length.
Hogs 3 Bourbon
This exceptionally rich and mellow Dark Bourbon from Hogs takes its unusually distinctive complexity from the finest Rye that is used together with a final maturation in charred oak barrels.
Chandon Brut Rosé
Chandon, a benchmark of quality in the wine industry, has produced this beautifully structured Sparkling Rosé. Fresh strawberry and raspberry on the nose. Medium body, hint of yeast in the background accompanied by a complex bouquet of rose petals and wild white flowers with a clean crisp finish.
Tarrawarra Estate Roussanne Marsanne Viognier
With a strong heritage in the Yarra Valley, these three Rhone Valley white varieties have performed incredibly well across just a small area on the estate. The combination of these three varieties builds a wine with lifted honeysuckle perfume, fine acidity, great texture and length. The overall effect is a savoury wine that is ideal with a range of food types.

A lovely aperitif style, with lifted honeysuckle and citrus from the Chardonnay and delicate strawberry Pinot characters. Tirage age of this Jansz Premium Cuvée adds nutty complexity and creamy texture.
