Nouveau is a French style of young drinking, light style of red wine. Cupio is about style and class so why not add a bit of French chic to that! Adaptable to any scenario and not bound by the usual limitations of an Aussie Shiraz. The wine is a deep ruby red colour with sweet cherries and dark fruits on the nose. The palate displays lifted flavours of ripe red fruits and cherries balanced by the acidity and soft tannis giving the wine length and finesse.
