Howard Park Sauvignon Blanc contains a fragrant nose of snow peas and guava with a little passionfruit which is a precursor to a palate that's juicy and tight with citrus acidity. A barrel fermented component ensures that there is a level of complexity that separates it from its contemporaries.

Fragrant citrus blossom, with peach skin, pear, nougat and nutmeal give a complex and seductive entry. The palates fine citrus and stone fruits are deftly embellished with a cashew nut creaminess and a mineral savoury note, to add texture and drive. Fine grain French oak offers subtle support and the bright acidity, a fresh finish.

The palate is generous with juicy, fleshy fruit (stone fruit and citrus) and also silky smooth, with gentle, refreshing acidity. This is a Chardonnay for drinking and enjoying now and for the next five years.

Delicate floral aromas of honeysuckle, apricot, and lemon zest. Flavours of stone fruit, lychee and pear combine in a silky and seamless manner. The fine, mineral acidity and oak tension adds restraint, texture and length.
