Graham Norton Prosecco DOC

he most sparkling Italian you’ll ever share an evening with – Graham Norton’s Extra Dry Prosecco is made to his own specification with 100% Glera grapes from the home of Prosecco, so it’s sure to be a welcome addition to your next picnic, party or pizza by the tele. Salute! This Prosecco was the fourth addition to the Graham Norton range, which Marie Claire says is ‘one of the most successful celebrity wine collaborations ever’. Our Prosecco comes from the beautiful Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia wine growing regions in Northern Italy where Prosecco vines have been growing for generations. This wine is sustainably produced and vegan friendly.

Cielo Prosecco Spumante Brut Non-Vintage

Cielo Prosecco spumante is a toast to our lovely territory where in 1530 our fellow citizen, Count Da Porto, wrote the Novel of Romeo & Juliet, whose Castels overlook our vineyards. Soft straw yellow. Fresh and floral bouquet, slightly aromatic. Fruited and elegant. Excellent for fine and light dishes and throughtout the day. 8-10 degrees.

Colli Morenici Frizzante Rose Doc

On the palate we find the same aromas of the nose, high acidity and a fine, elegant but long lasting bubbles. Food pairing - A versatile and easily combinable bubbles. Perfect with fish dishes and aperitifs.

Margan Semillon

An outstanding Hunter Semillon with citrus and lemongrass on the nose and a full rich middle palate with a long crisp finish. Enjoy it now while young or cellar for a more rounded complex style.

Xanadu Chardonnay

Pears, stone fruit and citrus gives way to a creamy, nutty middle and fresh acidity to close.

Malamatina Retsina

A traditional Greek drink best combined with mezes.

Wither Hills Pinot Gris

The Wither Hills Pinot Gris has lovely fruit and aromas of ripe white peach, citrus and quince. It is off-dry on the palate with some refreshing acidity and beautiful succulent mouth feel. Perfect with a range of different dishes from salty cheeses to stronger flavour dishes such as wood smoked salmon or roast pork.

Alessandro Gallici Pinot Grigio ()

When you ask Alessandro Gallici if he comes from a family of winemakers, he laughs gently at the notion – no, his father was a truck driver. However, he was born in Friuli and his family had a little bit of land and a few rows of vines that had been theirs for generations. They vinified the fruit in a shed just for their own consumption. Now, for a number of years he’s been president of an important local winery, but in 2010 he started up on his own. Made with grapes selected from top areas – Colli Orientali and Grave – this wine delivers delicate pear fruit and crisp minerally ‘zing’. Enjoy solo or match with salads, mushroom ravioli or creamy linguine.

Saracosa ()

Saracosa is inspired by the ‘Super Tuscans’ – a style first developed in the 1970s. These wines kickstarted the region’s renaissance and became some of the most exclusive and expensive in the world. Saracosa is from the Barbanera family estate, where half the vineyards are in the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, and the remainder just beyond. In the 5-Star 2017 vintage Saracosa’s old vines delivered exceptional concentration. Dense, dark cherry and chocolatey tones make this a serious choice for pasta with pork ragù or bistecca alla fiorentina (steak with cannellini beans in tomato sauce).
