Château De La Tour Grand Cru Clos Vougeot Vieilles Vignes
The Vieilles Vignes comes from a selection of the oldest vines in the Clos, mostly planted in 1910 and situated mid-slope, right in the heart of the vineyard. These ancient vines yield only two to three tiny bunches of grapes per vine in a good year. The net result is a Clos de Vougeot of unique intensity, breadth of flavour, complexity and structural power. Interestingly, there are a number of Pinot Beurot (Gris) vines inter-planted in these parcels which are harvested and vinified with the Pinot Noir.

Domaine Dujac Morey-St-Denis Pinot Noir
Domaine Dujac has always held a dear spot in Australian hearts. Established in 1967 with an inaugural release in the disastrous 1968 vintage, the estate has incorporated a slew of increasingly prestigious holdings over the years, while becoming a home-away-from home for many Australian trainees, some among our most illustrious craftspeople. Its forward-thinking, international air-a rarity in what can be a sternly parochial region-is manifest in the Domaine’s full embrace of organic viticulture. Like DRC, Dujac is a strong advocate of the inclusion of whole-bunches in the fermentations, although the approach is more flexible than in the past depending on the degree of lignification. Among Burgundy’s upper tier, the Morey Saint Denis is benchmark: plump, succulent and more Chambolle red fruited than Gevrey-meaty.
Moillard Grivot Corton Grand Cru Les Renardes
The Moillard Grivot Corton Grand Cru Les Renardes 2020 is a stunning representation of the renowned terroir of Burgundy, France. This vintage showcases a vibrant ruby red color, with aromas of ripe red berries, black cherries, and subtle hints of spice and oak. On the palate, this wine is elegant and full-bodied, with a silky texture and well-integrated tannins. Notes of dark fruits, such as blackcurrant and plum, are accompanied by a touch of earthiness, creating a complex and harmonious flavor profile. The finish is long and lingering, leaving a delightful aftertaste of dark chocolate and a touch of vanilla. This wine is a true reflection of Moillard-Grivot's expertise and dedication to producing exceptional Burgundy wines. Enjoy now or cellar for further aging potential.
