Introducing our Oyster Shell Gin. Developed in collaboration with society restaurant in Melbourne, this is a unique flavour expression of the Australian coastline. The Never Never team uses Kangaroo Island oyster shell, waxflower, Tasmania wakame, coastal daisy bush, saltbush and round mint to create a unique expression of the Australian coastline and built for contemporary seafood pairings. Fresh sea spray jumps from the glass, bursting with split lime-leaf and fragrant grapefruit zest. The palate expresses saline and savoury minerality of Kangaroo Island Oyster shell and dried Australian wakame. Native greens integrate with morish salted citrus, pine and coriander spice on the mid-palate. The finish is long and luxurious, lending itself to dry martinis.

Never Never Distilling Co. have released the world’s first Grenache gin. Produced right in the heart of the McLaren Vale wine region, ‘Ginache’ contains Never Nevers's award-winning Triple Juniper Gin and Grenache juice from grapes picked from the McLaren Vale region. ​A contemporary take on traditional sloe gin at 38% ABV, the spice and bright citrus flavours of this gin work wonderfully with the jammy raspberry brightness of the young Grenache character.​

Titos Handmade Vodka is produced in Austin at Texas first and oldest legal distillery. It is micro distilled in an old-fashioned pot still, just like fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs and distilled six times. Titos Handmade Vodka is designed to be savoured by spirit connoisseurs and everyday drinkers alike. NED is distilled from select Australian grain and matured until it has a boldness and character that befits its name. This limited First Batch is fiercely independent and unlike anything that has come before it.

Inspired by the flavours of South East Asia, fresh makrut (keffir) lime leaves, ginger, lemongrass and kumquats alongside more traditional ingredients such as juniper,coriander, angelica and orris are used in the distilling process. Jungle Gin's bright aromatics work wonderfully with a dry tonic garnished with a lime leaf, yet equally well in any citrus forward cocktail.

To create this Raspberry gin, whole Raspberries were added to the finished Gin to macerate for 7 days providing a vibrant pink hue and luscious Raspberry character. Alongside more traditional botanicals, strawberry gum and earl grey tea were distilled to complement the raspberries. Boatrocker Raspberry Gin provides a modern twist to a classic G&T (feel free to garnish with fresh or freeze dried raspberries), alternatively, make a 'Pinky' Tom Collins by using Boatrocker Miss Pinky Raspberry Berliner Weisse instead of Soda water!
