The Never Never team uses Kangaroo Island oyster shell, waxflower, Tasmania wakame, coastal daisy bush, saltbush and round mint to create a unique expression of the Australian coastline and built for contemporary seafood pairings. Fresh sea spray jumps from the glass, bursting with split lime-leaf and fragrant grapefruit zest. Produced right in the heart of the McLaren Vale wine region, ‘Ginache’ contains Never Nevers's award-winning Triple Juniper Gin and Grenache juice from grapes picked from the McLaren Vale region. ​A contemporary take on traditional sloe gin at 38% ABV, the spice and bright citrus flavours of this gin work wonderfully with the jammy raspberry brightness of the young Grenache character.​
