An early ripening grape perfectly suited to the warm climate of the lower Hunter Valley. The small berries retain their acidity and produce fragrant white wines with intense flavour. the cool 2022 vintage has produced a beautifully aromatic wine with tropical fruit and refreshing natural acidity.

This Fish Cage Chardonnay contains small amounts of Verdelho and Viognier, which enhance the uniqueness as well as complexity of the wine. Showing a bright straw green colour, this Hunter Valley Chardonnay exudes fragrances of white pear, tropical fruit and citrus from its luscious bouquet. The palate is full flavoured and fleshy, seamlessly balancing the ripe Chardonnay flavours with nuances from Verdelho and Viognier. This wine tastes best consumed with shellfish, pastas and fish pates.

Audrey Wilkinsons Merlot is a mellow, easy approaching style that is packed with ripe plum aromas and subtle oak. It is matured in French and American oak for 18 months, giving the wine soft tannins and a flavoursome finish.

The grapes used to craft Two Rivers Wildfire Chardonnay were sourced from Inglewood Vineyard in Hunter Valley. Post fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks, the wine showcases a pale straw colour. This exquisite Chardonnay flaunts pleasing aromas and flavours of fresh peach and ripe stone fruits, supported by lemon citrus hints. Balanced acidity integrates with these wonderful elements, ending the wine in a fresh, crisp and enticing finale. The Audrey Wilkinson Verdelho shows lifted tropical aromas with hints of spice and ripe melon.The palate has lashings of fruit salad and hints of apricot and citrus zest.

Tyrrell's Fordwich Verdelho forms part of the 'Regional Heroes' range that aims to showcase small parcels of fruit from terroir that is perfectly suited to their chosen varietal. Here the Fordwich Verdelho is show intense varietal characteristics including vibrant lime, tropical fruit and a nice hint of spice on the back palate. An extremely well balance aromatic white that has intense fruit sweetness and a crisp, dry, searing acid finish.
