The Stockhausen Chardonnay was created by Briar Ridge in a style paying homage to the pioneers of the Hunter Valley around 40 years ago. It is rich and creamy with ripe peach and tropical notes.

This Fish Cage Chardonnay contains small amounts of Verdelho and Viognier, which enhance the uniqueness as well as complexity of the wine. Showing a bright straw green colour, this Hunter Valley Chardonnay exudes fragrances of white pear, tropical fruit and citrus from its luscious bouquet.
