Made by Ben Glaetzer, the Anaperenna Shiraz Cab is not only striking in label, it's also striking on the palate. Destined to be a long lived blend with the Cabernet structure keeping the plush and vibrant Shiraz fruit in check.

A full-bodied, full-flavoured classic is the promise behind the very deep brick red colour. Notes of tea leaf, cedar, sweet berries, spice, chocolate and cigar box aromas fill the glass. Ripe black forest fruits and spice are balanced by rounded tannins and seamless structure. The palate reflects the nose with flavours of cedar, stewed fruit and cigar box. Fine drying tannins. A pleasant lingering finish with restrained oak notes of mocha and tobacco. A fresh vibrant palate with good depth of flavour and layers of fruit. Very tight wine that is complex but not confusing. Drink up to five years.

Blue Rock Wines 2015 Eden Valley Cabernet SauvignonThe cool hills of our Eden Valley vineyard has produced a Cabernet Sauvignon of intense colour and rich flavour. This is an Australian Cabernet in a Bordeaux Style (Fruit driven with softer tannins). It has characteristic dark fruits, cassis and mocca chocolate aromas and flavours. The wine is further complexed by smoky, toasty and vanilla characters introduced by 24 months of ageing in American and French Oak. This wine will cellar well during which time the tannins will soften even further and developed fruit characters of chocolate and coffee will become more apparent.

The Christopher This wine is a selection of the two finest barrels of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon in the winery for each vintage. It is dedicated to a young aspiring winemaker who had the potential to become one of the Barossas best. A blend of the two varieties that the region is most famous for and the two that Chris enjoyed working with the most. The wine is full bodied with a long seamless structure and balanced tannins. The rich dark fruit flavours of ripe Plum and Blackcurrants coat the palate. Old Hands acknowledges that many of the Barossas finestvineyards are owned by long-time grape growers with years ofexperience, often with the benefit of advice from pastgenerations. Made in a generous Barossa style, the aromas ofblackcurrant and violet are complemented by a rich and plushpalate of dark fruits, soft tannin and length of flavour.

Our Valley & Valley range of wines are produced from vineyardsin both the Barossa and Eden Valleys. We aim for a style thattypifies the Barossa plush fruit, subtle use of oak and soft,round tannins. This Cabernet Sauvignon offers dark fruits,licorice and cassis notes with hints of spice and cedary oak on thenose. The palate is rich with good structure and fine tannins togive length and power while finishing soft and full of flavour.

Strong Cabernet traits of black coffee, dark mint chocolate and earthy notes, whilst the Barossa Shiraz shines through the glass with aromas of plum, dark cherry and spice. Vibrant and complex, the Cabernet notes continue on the palate, whilst the thick and luxurious Shiraz provides lovely dark cherry and spice with a smook as cream finish.
