Paringa Estate's The Paringa Shiraz is a multi-trophy winning wine that has been carefully selected from barrels prior to bottling due to the stand-out quality that was easily identifiable. Sourced from Lindsay McCall's estate, this Shiraz is almost eternal in flavour length and intensity. Flavours of plum, raspberry, redcurrant are accompanied by black pepper, anise and vanilla. Fine grained and in balance tannins complement the extraordinary fruit weight to deliver a wine that will reward careful cellaring.

Ray Nadeson and his richly textured wines have commanded a very strong following of lovers of medium bodied, sophisticated and immaculately made wines. His Heathcote Shiraz is a lovely, generous and spicy Shiraz that has layers of complexity and a length the envy of most.

This cool-climate Shiraz shows white pepper on the nose with dark fruit and blackberry characters. The palate is full and ripe with berry fruit flavour, tight acidity and fine grained tannins.

This barrel-selected Shiraz boasts flavours of plum and blackberry with spicy aromas. An intense medium body wine with an elegant finish.

Fruit for this wine was handpicked from the single vineyard site “The Gate” at the entrance of Long Gully Road Healesville property. These vines are planted on a gentle slope facing a north-west aspect producing favourable growing conditions. Wine is aged in new and seasoned French oak barrels for 12 months.This wine is dark garnet red in colour, with notes of blueberries, mulberries and fresh aniseed. The palate is rich and developed showing flavours of mocha and vanilla. It can be enjoyed now and will cellar for up to 10 years.

Dark black fruit and spicy licorice dominate the nose of the 2018 Zonzo Estate Reserve Shiraz. There is also a subtle background character of savoury earthiness.On the palate the elegant fruit is well integrated with the fine tannin which has great coverage and carries the fruit to the back of the palate. Oak is also present but supports fruit without dominating the lovely character of spicy shiraz and berries.

From some of the earliest plantings of Shiraz in the Yarra Valley with vines dating back to 1969. Shiraz (96%) co-fermented with small parcels of Viognier, Marsanne and Mataro aged 12 to 18 months in 50% new French oak barrels produces a wine that is perfumed and feminine with the tannins and acidity as integral to the wine as the fruit.
