Knowing her fans' love for Sangiovese, Sofia took it for a spin, with fantastic results. Her creation - a dazzlingly fresh white! Personally selecting the vineyard plots for this wine, she gave the grapes the gentlest pressing to ensure a light wine with quince and citrus aromas. Wonderfully, it still retains the tart cherry hallmarks of Sangiovese. Deliciously different and ideal with risotto, seafood and chicken.
