Made in the contemporary style, Marchand & Burch Rosé flaunts a luminescent sunstone colour with light pink tinges. The wine's bouquet exudes aromas of strawberry coulis and cream. The silky palate shows flavours of red berries and peach. The saline, chalky and savoury notes provide length as well as a fine drying balance to the wine's finish. Showing trademark characters of cassis, tabacco, earthiness along with fragrant aroma of mulberry, black currant and dusty oak, that can only be described as exhilarating. Finishing with grace and grainny tannins, this beautiful full bodied Cabernet will reward by careful medium to long term cellaring.

Shiraz & Cabernet Sauvignon is another match that delivers something greater than the sum of its parts. Blend the rich upfront flavour and a lingering aftertaste of Cabernet, with the silky softness consistency of Shiraz, add a splash of Merlot, and you have a Rouge of super delicious deliciousness. This blend has been simply foot-crushed, hand-plunged during wild ferment and basket pressed to old oak for some sleepy time. The Cabernet, Shiraz & Merlot are all from our Quindalup vineyard.

Vasse Felix produces fine Margaret River reds with great balance and style. This traditional blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon shows sweet mid-palate fruit with liquorice and spice and good tannin structure. Fantastic French oak integration enabling soft tannin complexity and a lovely length of flavour.

This medium-bodied Shiraz is fruit-forward and elegantly balanced, with a classy oak influence. Aromas of violets, plum, cherry, and warm spice lead into a plush palate brimmingwith dark mulberries, blueberry, and ripe plum. Subtle notes of licorice and dark chocolate add depth, while fine tannins provide structure. The finish lingers with red currant and a touch of chocolate, delivering a refined and approachable wine.

Since the first release in 2002, Fraser Gallop Estate have gone from strength to strength, picking up a Jimmy Watson Medal along the way. The Cabernet Merlot is a lovely example of the blend which is so at home in Margaret River. Leafy mulberry on the nose with cassis in the background, and a soft , flavoursome palate. Delicious!

This Shiraz is uniquely Margaret River, with an incredible combination of fruit, spice and lingering fine-grained tannins. For the 2019 harvest, only the best blocks of Shiraz were harvested to make this limited production wine.
