This excellent expression of Chardonnay, partly due to only limited time in oak, is light, fresh and zesty but with inherent complexity. Pale straw in colour, this wine exhibits lifted nectarine and white blossom characters with underlying minerality and depth. The awesomely scenic and wildly remote wine regions of West Australia produces fine and elegant Chardonnay grapes for the Howard Park Methode Traditionelle Blanc de Blanc. Pale gold in colour with notes of citrus zest, peach, and freshly baked macaroons. The fine mousse of the palate captures bright flavours of citrus, red berries and baked apple. Mon Tout Heydays Chardonnay 2022 vintage comes with another change up this year with Mount Barker dictating even more of the style than the 2020 release, yet Heydays is still overtly, beautifully and enticingly Chardonnay. Delicate floral aromas of honeysuckle, apricot, and lemon zest. Flavours of stone fruit, lychee and pear combine in a silky and seamless manner.
