This Single Malt Whisky uses peat collected by hand from the deepest darkest parts of the Valley of the Giants in WA. The barley was smoked for an extended period, resulting in a heavier, more intense style of whisky ideally suited for darkest winter. This whisky was matured in an ex-bourbon American Oak cask. Exhibits spice and floral aromas when neat and a splash of water unleashes malted barley and intense complex smokey aromas.

A Single cask Whisky produced only from malt spirit distilled in Scotland and matured in a fresh cream sherry oak cask. Prior to bottling, its natural strength 51% alc./vol. is reduced to 45% alc./vol. Dark amber robe with a reddish tinge. Fragrances of Sherry, flowers, vanilla, dried fruits. Mellow, and long in the mouth. A fabulous balance between sherrys warmth and the fresh flavours only barley can produce.

The 'Special Vatting' peaty malt Whisky is a vatting of three single cask whiskies distilled in Scotland, each one having aged over 12 years in oak. Reduced to 45% alc./vol. Beige amber tint. Fragrances of Sherry, leather, tobacco, fruity wood. Silky texture, powerful and very length in mouth. An elegant vatting gathering mellow and sherry whiskies enhanced by the peaty younger whisky.

Our Ex-pinot cask Single Malt Whisky is matured using 20L and 100L Barrels in our 1840s stable. A stunning caramel colour with brown sugar on the nose, a long finish and smooth palate. Enjoy neat or over ice.

Benromach is a small distillery that finds it home in Forres, in the Speyside region of the Scottish Highlands. It's owned by the brilliant independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail, who resurrected the run-down and defunct distillery in 1993. 11 years of renovation later, the distillery began bottling again in 2004. Today, the whisky produced at Benromach is truly hand-crafted. Nothing is left to chance, or technology, as each step of the distillation process is overseen and carefully managed in the old, traditional ways - sight, touch and taste. It takes a little longer, but you just can't rush quality. Each year, a batch of heavily peated spirit is produced at Benromach, and then tucked away to mature in ex-bourbon barrels.

Awarded 94 points in Jim Murray's 2020 Whisky Bible, securing Liquid Gold status. Batch H17-08 Nine small American Oak casks have been vatted and allowed to marry together before bottling. A light engaging whisky with fragrant aromas, it was double distilled and is non-chill filtered to retain depth of character. Colour Rich dark golden. Nose Bright fragrant aromas with hints of vanilla, honey and pears. Taste A surprisingly gentle mouthfeel with subtle sweet bourbon notes, vanilla, honey and green fruit. Cinnamon spice joins the fray late in the game. Finish A pleasant, creamy, tongue coating finish.
