Petaluma use their impressive vineyard holding in the Adelaide Hills to produce a Chardonnay that shows poise and precision. Sourced from vineyards in Lenswood and Balhannah and then fermented in a combination of one and two year old French oak as well as stainless steel. Lees sturring helps add complexity and texture while the cool-climate fruit adds minerality and freshness.

This delicious Sauvignon Blanc from Taylors shows classic varietal aromas of passionfruit, grapefruit and gooseberry. The palate is intense and lively, brimming with flavours of tropical fruit and fresh herbs.

Generous bouquet of white florals, lychee and rosewater. A generous palate with bright acidity and a pithy texture comes with flavours of nashi pear and rosewater with some pretty confected notes. A light bodied fruity aromatic style on the dry end of the scale. Clear pale straw. White flowers, lychee and freshly cut pear with some sweet musk flavours. This Tomich Hill Pinot Grigio has zesty citrus characters, balanced by just a touch of honey-like richness, and is complimented by a wonderful flinty crisp finish. This wine has a freshness that makes it enjoyable by many.

Geoff Weaver Sauvignon Blanc from the Adelaide Hills is quite possible the region's best example of this aromatic variety. The bouquet shows lifted varietal characters of green pea and passionfruit and the palate is textured and long.

Pale Straw in appearance, with a fresh pear, apple pie and floral driven bouqet. This Pinot Gris is creamy yet crispy with natural acidity and vibrant persistent flavour.

This is an enticing wine with green apple, ripe pear and plush nectarine fruit characters combining with a satisfying hint of spice. The wine has a supple texture courtesy of the oak barrel fermentation yet the finish remains crisp, dry and refreshing.
