This beautiful wine displays an attractive ruby red colour in a glass. The well balanced bouquet emits medium intensity fragrances of blackberry, dried herbs and earth. It offers coffee, toasted oak and vanilla characters towards the end. The nose smoothly makes way for a lush palate, filled with flavours of juicy forest fruits and soft vanilla, leading to savoury notes. Together with palate coating tannins, these characters culminate in a cocoa and coffee dominated finish.

It has a lovely bouquet of dark berries and mocha with a soft fruit-driven palate of red currants and plums. The palate is soft, juicy and lingering. A number of parcels are sourced for this blend, once the grapes have reached optimal ripeness the fruit is harvested during the cool of night for delivery to the winery. The fruit is destemmed and sent to static fermenters for a long cool fermentation. Once pressed off skins the wine is pressed off to oak barrels for 9 months maturation of 9. Cherubino's Pedestal range encompasses a number of vineyards from north to south, that that seek to uncover and express sub-regionality of Margaret River.Deep, dark red. Complex mix of blackberry, plum, Amaro and cedar oak. Shows a deep mix of red and black fruit, attractive earthy elements, bay leaf and white pepper complexity, red berry-like acidity and well judged oak on the deliciously rich finish.

Produced in the acclaimed Margaret River wine region, Gold Turtle Rosé is fresh and flavoursome. Made with expert winemaking methods, this rosé has a delicious aroma and flavour. The palate largely consists of cranberry, grapefruit and strawberry with a subtle hint of vanilla.

This wine is a classic expression of cool climate Shiraz with notes of black plums, wild blueberries and sweet spice with a long, elegant finish of fine, silky tannins.
