It's made by the talented John Quarisa, who has enjoyed a “distinguished career as a winemaker spanning over 20 years” (Halliday). John likes his wines to express big personality and juicy fruit and value for money – he’s certainly achieved that here! Ripe and round blackberries conspire with flavours of plum and cinnamon spice. On the palate, rich red berries and brewed coffee make for a very appealing wine.

A pale straw‑coloured fizz with a gentle, fine bead. On the nose you’ll pick up fresh lemon‑citrus brightness, followed by red‑currant and light cherry fruit, layered with creamy, biscuity and bread‑crust yeast characters. On the palate it delivers lively fruit flavours and creamy yeast complexity, finishing long, clean and dry with good balance.

The Bare Touch wines are made by Cowpunk winemaker Aaron Mercer using early picked grapes, free run juice and a “hands off” non intervention approach. This attractive Merlot displays varietal aromas of cassis and liquorice. The palate is fleshy and mouth filling with flavours of plum, sweet spice and creamy vanillin oak.
