The 2021 Chardonnay reflects the cool year in the Hilltops. With coolness comes higher acidity. The acidity acentuates the natural fruit sugars and so the wine feels complete and balanced. This vintage went into new French Oak Puncheons and so the light oak tannins and flavours are evident.

Tempranillo and Graciano grown on the red soils of the Hilltops region near Young, NSW; were vinified seperately before blending and matuaration. The savoury and smooth Tempranillo is complimented by the spicey fruit and structure of Graciano, the resultant wine has greater intensity, depth and length.

Floral and citrus blossom aromas with a full-bodied and vibrant palate. Layers of stone fruit, citrus and juicy tropical fruits with a delicate hint of soft pear. Delightfully fragrant and elegant on the nose with a juicy & fruity palate.

The Viognier was hand harvested from our vineyard out near Wombat.The wine has zesty fresh characteristics with a palate situated somewhere between that of a Chardonnay and a Semillon.
