Having achieved that, they’ve added a few more great sparklers to their range and now created the fabulous Hola Spritz in its striking bottle. The grapes may be Chardonnay and Macabeo, like a cava, but carefully blended with citrus fruits and steeped with local mountain herbs, it’s more reminiscent of famous Aperol, conveniently with the fizz already added.
