Calneggia Fiano

Hailing from the rolling hills of the Italian island of Sicily, this ‘Indicazione Geografica Tipica’ Fiano has a straw yellow colour with fine greenish shades. It is dry and aromatic with peach and honey flavours and a subtle hint of almond blossom. On the palate it is lush and full bodied with lovely structure and mouth-watering acidity to finish. This wine pairs beautifully with seafood, creamy cheeses and pasta dishes.

Pepper Tree Chardonnay

Another multi regional wine from Peppertree, the Chardonnay is a blend of Hunter Valley 50%, Wrattonbully 35% and Orange 15%. The three regions make up a wine that shows lifted aromas of white peach and pineapple, a generously fruit driven palate packed with ripe fruits balanced well by subtle barrel ferment complexity, providing a long refined finish.
