Shaw & Smith M3 Chardonnay
Sourced and grown in the Adelaide Hills, this is a fine example of how good Chardonnay from this region can be. This is a blend of 3 different cultivars of the Chardonnay grape. Bunch pressed and in part wild fermented. Partial malolactic fermentation imparts further complexity. A beautifully textured and complex wine.

Produced in a truly Mediterranean climate on the south west corner of the beautiful island of Sardinia. From the esteemed house of Santa Margherita comes a Vermentino of quality, vibrancy and intensity, singing of fruit blossom and a salad bowl of orchard fruit. A mediterranean herbal note, a touch of minerality and a refreshing hint of salinity add great complexity and refreshment. Maretti Soave

From the world famous Harry’s Bar in Venice, the original Bellini. Since its inception the peach Bellini is made with only the best white peach puree, whose smooth texture combines with sparkling white wine to conceive a joyous cocktail that celebrates life! From the very first sip the palate is delighted by a lively sparkle that brings out the sweetness of the peach puree, which in turn balances the slight tart note of the sparkling wine, the pink hue is the same as the cocktail served at Harry’s Bar. The peach puree and sparkling wine combination complete each other harmoniously, no other aromas or flavors are required!
Petaluma Riesling
1998 was the fourth successive drought vintage in the Clare Valley. This Riesling has a fuller orange blossom flavour and aroma produced from a drought year.
