De Bortoli Renaissance Durif (CLR)

Premium handcrafted wines from the undulating hills of Shelley's Vineyard. Hand selected premium parcels of fruit, using traditional winemaking practices has resulted in wine of the highest quality. Our Durif is grown on the De Bortoli Shelley’s vineyards on the eastern edge of the Rutherglen region. The site has an interesting gravel, clay and alluvial soil mix with different aspects which helps generate different flavour profiles. Deep dark brooding red with vibrant red hues. This Renaissance Durif has balanced dark berry, chocolate, and licorice with the integrated oak. The grainy tannins are lip coating and are integrated into the soul of the wine. The wine has intensity and power which lingers long after tasting. Complex aromas of dark berries, plums, prunes, licorice with nuances of dried tobacco.

Boroli Barbera D'Alba

Boroli Barbera d’Alba Langhe DOC is the estate’s take on Barbera in its pure, everyday guise, drawn from hillside vineyards around Alba that sit on classic clay-limestone soils with good exposure and ventilation. The fruit is picked by hand, fermented in stainless steel and then given a short maturation in large French oak (typically around six months), a regime that polishes texture while keeping Barbera’s natural freshness front and centre. In the glass, recent releases show bright ruby colour and aromas of red cherry, raspberry and blackberry compote with hints of violet, sweet spice and a gentle earthy undertone, carried by soft tannins and vibrant acidity. It is a supple, medium-bodied Barbera built for early drinking, offering plenty of fruit and regional character without heaviness and sitting neatly alongside Boroli’s more structured Nebbiolo and Barolo wines.

Dal Zotto Barbera

Dal Zotto is a family run winery in the King valley specialising in traditional Italian varietals. Their Barbera is a great example of the variety with ripe blood plums, spice, and a meaty savouriness. A great food friendly style - add a splash to boost your bolognaise!

This received a gold medal at the North East Victorian Wine Challenge; 94 Points Halliday Wine Companion, 92 Points The Wine Front; and 4 Stars in Winestate.

Drink it with dishes as delicate as a broth through to rich slow cooked pork.Blend 3 was voted first consensus pick in the Young Gun of Wine Spotlight on Nebbiolo blind tasting in July 2019.

Weathercraft Wine Beechworth Shiraz

This bright, sophisticated, cool-climate Shiraz has a wonderful generosity of red fruit, pepper and spice, that are subtly complexed and supported by the vanillin hints and fine tannins of the best French oak. Meticulous and painstakingly management of our twenty-year old vines ensures the wine is equally enjoyable as a fresh young wine or after five to ten years in the cellar.

Weathercraft Beechworth Rose

This is not your average rosé. Handpicked from painstakingly managed 20-year-old Shiraz vines, the fruit was crushed and sent directly to tank to preserve the character of the wine. Fleeting contact with skins rewards with gorgeous colour and crunch. A cooler ferment keeps it bright, before ageing in old French oak for an element of savouriness.
