Iron House Distillery Port Single Malt Whisky
Aged 4yrs in Portuguese sourced Port barrels and re-conditioned in Tasmania, Iron House pure Tasmanian Single Malt Port Cask is an enticing drop. The initial pour sits in the glass with a reddish orange embered hue and greets the nose with a stone fruit, red wine, buttery, sweetened spiced aroma. A palate of red berried wines, dried dark fruit, orange zest, hazelnut oak warmth with a touch of dark chocolate, tobacco and heat.

Hellyers Road Oloroso de Jerez 10 Year Old Single Malt Whisky
This sherry cask single malt was matured for 10 years in traditional 250 litre Oloroso casks from Jerez (Spain) and represents the oldest fully matured sherry cask whisky known to be released by any Australian distillery to date and continues Hellyers Road’s legacy of producing sherry cask whiskies of incredible distinction and quality. Toffee, treacle, orange zest, brioche and clove on the nose. Palate coating with rich caramel, honey, subtle chocolate and stewed fruits. The finish is incredibly smooth and elegant with morish sweet notes.

Tasmanian style apple brandy!The still is a Charentais alembic still, the design used in Normandy (France) to produce Calvados Pays d'Auge. The Charentais alembic still was designed in the early 16th century in the Cognac region of France where it is still used for fine Cognac production. They produce an aged apple brandy from their still, in the same style as Calvados. They also produce a lighter apple spirit, Charles Oates Apple Blanco, a delicately flavoured spirit.After patient ageing in ex-fortified wine barrels, casks are carefully selected and blended to produce an elegant and outstanding spirit that shows layers of baked apple, sweet caramel and fruit cake aromatics.
