The agaves used for Clase Azul tequilas grow in Los Altos de Jalisco, a region of red-coloured earth that creates unique properties in the plant. To create their exquisite tequilas, Clase Azul follows a long transformation process that involves slow-cooking the agave piñas in masonry ovens, milling them to extract the sugars, fermenting them with patented yeast, and double-distilling them in copper stills. Clase Azul Tequila Plata is the unaged tequila that captures the notes of the agave, but the journey isn't over yet. The tequila is matured in casks made from oak or other types of wood, allowing it to develop a more complex profile. Clase Azul also honours the tradition of mezcal, which can be made from a wide range of agave species and reflects the soil and conditions that have nourished the agave. The artisanship found in Clase Azul's decanters is a reflection of Mexico's cultural diversity. Each decanter is a creative process that demands artistic drive, technical ability and knowledge passed down for generations. This Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero has a decanter that embodies the artisanal heritage of Guerrero in Southern Mexico, while the crystalline liquid evokes the state’s mystical expanses. This mezcal is artisanally crafted from papalote agave native to the humid highlands in the state of Guerrero. Maguey papalote typically refers to either an Agave potatorum or an Agave cupreata. The name papalote is often used in communities of Puebla and northern Oaxaca. The decanter itself is a work of art, a piece that pays tribute to the ancestral wisdom, tender nature, and warrior spirit of the Mexican woman – qualities that have made her the heart of Guerrero's culture. The green colour represents jade, a precious stone of extreme value to our ancestral cultures as well as a symbol of eternity. The four-petaled flowers covering the decanter represent the Fifth Sun –– a pre-Hispanic god known as the origin of everything. The colourful cap features the figure of a hummingbird, the fabled messenger of the Gods, reaffirming its mystical and celestial connection to this Mexican region. Handcrafted using traditional lacquering techniques. Due to its technical and material complexity, the artisans dedicate up to ten days to its creation. Crystal clear with light straw-coloured highlights, this mezcal is full bodied with aromas of grapefruit zest, freshly cut wood, rosemary and toasted peanuts with faint hints of butter and daisies. On the palate flavours of freshly cut wood, seaweed, lemon juice, pepper, and light notes of tobacco. Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero pairs beautifully with fresh goat cheese, red plums and white chocolate.

Don Julio Añejo Tequila
A testament to Don Julios patience and determination for superior quality, Tequila Don Julio Añejo is the culmination of distinct rich flavours of agave balanced with the perfect amount of wood influence. Don Julio Añejo spends more than the minimum requirement of 1 year on oak, and is normally aged between 18 months and two years before it reaches its optimum age and taste profile. As with the rest of the Don Julio range the nose is fruity and floral, but with notes of vanilla and fresh agave, whilst the palate is slightly richer and more full bodied, yet still sweet and rich with citrus characteristics.

Grosperrin 'Cognac De Collection' Petite Champagne
This vintage Cognac comes from a family of public notaries who has been located close to the city of Cognac for many generations. This Petite Champagne was part of the inheritance of the father, who had bequeathed his stocks of Cognac to his wife and his son, who was public notary like him. The father has bought this batch on January 1974 to one of his clients, who was at the time the President of one of the most important Cognac Houses. Unfortunately, when the father passed away, his wife and his son were in disagreement and the succession was blocked until we propose a solution. This is a very “sentimental” cognac, stored under State control since the 25th of January 1974, in a very humid cellar located on the bank of the Charente river in the city center of Cognac. This cellar is today the Cognac Museum. The harvest 1973 was abundant ( 62% compared to the harvest 1972 in Petite Champagne!) and was qualified of “harvest of the century” at the time. Warm gold colour, with amber lights. The nose is rich and unctuous; ripe fruits, dark-red plums, Mirabelle plums, spices (curcuma, cardamom, pepper) and sandalwood, cedar scents. Surrounding the fruits, the lovely old rancio nose that well-matured Cognac develops. The taste increase the fruity delicacies (plums again, dark chocolate with cinnamon) and the spicy side (tobacco, nutmeg). At the end, slightly bitter as coffee beans, complexity and elegancy of a controlled rancio.
Cognac Tesseron Lot 53 XO Perfection
A blend of Tesserons sublime stocks of Grande Champagne Cognac distilled in the 1950s. Incredibly complex, powerful, round and long and includes some Colobard adding both richness and texture. Layer after layer of rich intensity with nuts, mixed peel, raisins, dark chocolate, charcoal and wild honey notes. For all of its mouth coating richness and intensity, there is a pillowy texture and perfect spirit integration.

Tomintoul 25 Years Old has been matured in the finest bourbon barrels, the end result is a bold, rich and fruity whisky with a long finish. An exceptional single malt, which was awarded Best Scotch Whisky at The Global Spirits Masters 2020. Nose: Bold and rich with aromas of treacle toffees, oat biscuits and sultana highlighted with hints of muscovado sugar and toasted oak. Palate: Sweet and complex with layers of salted caramel, rolling tobacco, caramelised nuts and maple syrup bound with oaky spices and stone fruit highlights. Finish: Warming and long with notes of coffee cake, crème caramel and burnt sugar.
