Flavours of dried fruits, ginger and toffee are prominent throughout.

The Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Years Old forms part of The Macallan Sherry Oak range. When matured in Oloroso sherry seasoned oaks casks from Jerez, Spain, their rich, fruity, and full bodied 'new make' spirit is transformed into an iconic single malt. The sherry seasoned oak cask delivers a single malt characterised by the mature oak, ginger, and raisin flavours.

Herradura Seleccion Suprema Extra Añejo Tequila is crafted using only the most mature blue agave harvested exclusively from the Casa Herradura estate. Produced by Casa Herradura, one of Mexicos most historic and renowned tequila producers, on the premises of a 19th century Hacienda in Amatitán, Jalisco. Aged for 49 months. A drink that keeps company with occasions.

A testament to Don Julios patience and determination for superior quality, Tequila Don Julio Añejo is the culmination of distinct rich flavours of agave balanced with the perfect amount of wood influence. Don Julio Añejo spends more than the minimum requirement of 1 year on oak, and is normally aged between 18 months and two years before it reaches its optimum age and taste profile. As with the rest of the Don Julio range the nose is fruity and floral, but with notes of vanilla and fresh agave, whilst the palate is slightly richer and more full bodied, yet still sweet and rich with citrus characteristics.

The purest noblesse and distinction of a Grande Champagne Cognac. So fine, so elegant so complex, so rich, this wonderful cognac is quite lively in spite of its very old ageing, creamy and appetizing, offering some notes of dried and jammy fruit, with the finest rancio aromas, leather, cigar box fragrances, toasted chocolate, liquorice and toffee.

Harvested and distilled in 1992 and matured in brand new loose grain oak casks. Deep amber, some sediment evident. Initial inspections detect marshmallow and vanilla; several minutes exposure lifts the bouquet a notch as pepper, cinnamon and stewed apple-like scents develop, contributing depth and freshness. Seamless and well rounded with a semi sweet harmony of dried fruits, honey, spicy oak and balancing acidity throughout. Finish is accented by slightly astringent oak, thinning out and exiting early. Dilute honey aftertaste. A smooth and relaxed style.

A blend of Tesserons sublime stocks of Grande Champagne Cognac distilled in the 1950s. Incredibly complex, powerful, round and long and includes some Colobard adding both richness and texture. Layer after layer of rich intensity with nuts, mixed peel, raisins, dark chocolate, charcoal and wild honey notes. For all of its mouth coating richness and intensity, there is a pillowy texture and perfect spirit integration.

The Macallan Double Cask 18 Years Old, a perfectly balanced single malt whisky matured for 18 years in both American and European sherry seasoned oak casks. Sherry seasoned American oak adds delicate vanilla to the subtle spice of European oak, delivering a whisky with a sweeter, warmer taste and character.

Our Master Distiller, Robert Fleming has carefully selected the very best casks of Tomintoul to create this beautifully balanced and complex single malt. Tomintoul 25 Years Old has been matured in the finest bourbon barrels, the end result is a bold, rich and fruity whisky with a long finish. An exceptional single malt, which was awarded Best Scotch Whisky at The Global Spirits Masters 2020. Nose: Bold and rich with aromas of treacle toffees, oat biscuits and sultana highlighted with hints of muscovado sugar and toasted oak. Palate: Sweet and complex with layers of salted caramel, rolling tobacco, caramelised nuts and maple syrup bound with oaky spices and stone fruit highlights. Finish: Warming and long with notes of coffee cake, crème caramel and burnt sugar.
