Multi Trophy-winning Sam Trimboli must be one of the country's most in-demand winemakers. But after 30-odd years working for other wineries, he took the big step of setting up on his own in 2018 – and, being an old friend of ours, we backed him every step of the way. In return, Sam creates some excellent wines just for us, most have become bestsellers. We suspect this cracking Chardonnay will shortly join them.

Yellow Tail Big Bold Red bursts at the seams with ripe dark fruits and earthy spices. It has a rich oak character and will delight your tastebuds with flavours of raspberries and strawberry jam, with a hint of spice just to keep things interesting.
2 Monkey Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
2 Monkeys Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh tasting, zesty wine with guava and citrus flavours and a clean crisp finish. Serve chilled and enjoy with tiger prawns or satay chicken fresh off the grill.
Cottontail Wines
This wine is an un-oaked blend, sourced from the colder climate of South East Australia. Several blending trials were undertaken to develop the best of these two wine varieties. Fresh, crisp, refreshing, with abundant citrus flavours. The palate is clean with balanced acid and an elegant dry finish.

Tim Adams Pinot Gris
The hallmark of Tim Adams' Pinot Gris is the balance between flavour sweetness and acidity. Nashi pear, green apple and tropical fruit aromas lead into a full-flavoured, rich and textured palate.
De Bortoli Deen Vat 1 Durif
While Durif is not widely grown in Australia but has a loyal following nonetheless. De Bortoli Deen Vat 1 is an excellent example, showing typically deep colour and lots of rich, ripe fruit supported by firm tannins. Perfect when paired with a thick cut steak and roasted vegetables.
