Multi Trophy-winning Sam Trimboli must be one of the country's most in-demand winemakers. But after 30-odd years working for other wineries, he took the big step of setting up on his own in 2018 – and, being an old friend of ours, we backed him every step of the way. In return, Sam creates some excellent wines just for us, most have become bestsellers. We suspect this cracking white will shortly join them.

Floral with pear, spice and citrus flavours light to medium weight soft acid to close.

Pale straw in colour with bright green‑hue highlights, it greets with aromas of grapefruit zest, white peach, and subtle almond skin. On the palate the wine is lively and crisp, unfolding flavours of fresh lime, pineapple and a faint minerality, finishing clean and vibrant.

Aromas have typical peach and stone fruit notes tinged with the floral perfume that we have come to expect from Pinot Gris. Lively and complex and lingers on the palate.

Italian Heart. Australian Soul. Signor Vino is a product showcasing premium quality Italian Wines produced in Australia. With its light to medium body, Vermentino has a similar weight and profile to Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, and Riesling. Fresh jasmine, green apple and peaches provide a luscious bouquet of aromas. A lovely mouth-filling fruitiness with firm acidity provides a dry well rounded finish, perfect for any occassion where white wine beckons.

A Growers Touch pays homage to the farmers responsible for the Mino & Co. grapes, with their hands appearing on the front and back of the appropriate bottles.Fresh straw with green freshness. Alluring and complex aromas of gooseberry with spicy hints of lanolin and pine needle. Long, spice-driven expression with satiny umami, layers of white pear and gooseberry, creamy texture and a nutty finish.
