Fantastically fresh and appealing on the nose with intriguing hints of aniseed. The palate has a superb texture and weight that will have you coming back again and again.

Jacob's Creek Cool Harvest Pinot Grigio was harvested in the cool of night when the fruit was at its coolest and freshest to capture the natural, crisp, fruit flavours. Deep in the middle of the night, carefully selected parcels of quality Pinot Grigio were picked with the fruit simply bursting with natural vibrancy. The growing season was perfect with extended rain during the winter of 2010 allowing a healthy fruit set and ample crop. On the nose the Cool Harvest Grigio has elevated notes of pear, stone-fruit and lemon zest while the palate follows up with the same zesty pear and wonderful citrus notes.

This Australian Pinot Grigio presents a light, pale straw color with a hint of green, offering fresh aromas of green apple, pear, citrus zest, and white flowers, complemented by subtle minerality. On the palate, it is crisp and lively, featuring flavors of lemon, lime, green apple, and pear, with a touch of wet stone adding depth. The finish is long and zesty, leaving a lingering impression of citrus and a hint of almond. This vibrant and refreshing wine pairs well with seafood, light pasta dishes, chicken with lemon sauce, and mild goat cheese, making it perfect for warm weather and casual gatherings.

Sidewood Pinot Gris is sourced from selected rows from their 300 acre estate in the Adelaide Hills. This cool climate, estate grown wine shows a fresh nose and palate of crisp apples, nashi pear and citrus. With a smooth, almost silk like texture, this excellent Gris has brilliant natural acidity and a length and character that will allow the wine to age wonderfully.

Lawson's Dry Hills is a family owned winery in Marlborough, focussed on the production of quality wine. Their Pinot Gris is a nod to the old world, with a leesy texture and a touch of residual sugar, this is a wine of finesse and elegance.

Hand picked Pinot Blianco fruit by Girlan, grown on the mineral rich hillsides of Cornaiano, at altitudes ranging from 450 to 500 metres above sea level. The juice is tank fermented, with 10% going through malo to add some flesh to the wines crisp Alpine bones. Lower than average yields have resulted in a racy, pulpy, kaffir-lime, apple, and spice scented wine with lovely, pithy minerality and a zesty bite on the finish.

Sienna amber in colour. Aromas of caramel and rancio, dried fruits and nut. Luscious with generous caramel, chocolate and raisin flavours, developed characters from the time spent maturing contributes complexity and depth. Sacred Hill has been aged on oak and is designed for current consumption but will keep in the bottle for several years.

Dopff Pinot Gris Reserve from the famous Alsace region has crafted a supple and full bodied pinot gris deserving of the commendations from respected wine makers. Charming palate with soft, delicious flavours of banana, honey and camomile. Pale yellow with citrus notes on the nose. Long full finish.

Even with their more affordable range, the 10X wines, the sense of place in the wines is truly discernible.
