The grapesfor this wine were picked from our 40 year old vines grown in the volcanic soilof the ancient Fordwich Sill. These low yielding mature vines produce ripe, concentrated fruitwhich results in a wine with excellent regional and varietal characters.

The Stockhausen Chardonnay was created by Briar Ridge in a style paying homage to the pioneers of the Hunter Valley around 40 years ago. It is rich and creamy with ripe peach and tropical notes.

Lindeman's Early Harvest Crisp Chardonnay is a medium bodied wine with lively acidity and aromas of tropical fruit salads with subtle spicy vanilla oak undertone on the palate. Audrey Wilkinson Semillon from the home of Semillon in Australia, the Hunter Valley is a lovely crisp Semillon with abundant citrus fruit flavours, limes, lemons and a hint of sherbet. Delicious.

The Audrey Wilkinson Chardonnay shows layered peach, melon and citrus fruit flavours on the palate, both plush and textured, waves of exotic fruit are framed by a fine line of acid.
