Primarily from Pinot Noirs, traditionally-made Rose de Saignee Brut has a deeper pink dress, nuanced by bubbly white foam. Nose expresses intense rasberry notes and red fruits bouquet. Aged minimum 3 years, the NV 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay has a generous palate of ripe red fruits, duplicating its nose with delicate tannin and sweet spice aromas. Vivid rosé colour and beautifully luminous, Veuve du Vernay Brut Rose sports red berry scents on the nose, with sweet raspberry aromas. Fleshy and balanced, this Rosé shows on the palate similar fruity notes as the nose, with some lingering acidity on the finish. A most enticing wine.

Noilly Prat is the most famous of all Vermouths, a dry, straw-hued vermouth from Marseillan, in the Hérault département of southern France. Joseph Noilly, an herbalist, developed the first formula in 1813. It was the first example of a dry vermouth and is among the golden, straw and white vermouths generally known as "French Vermouth".

Pair with any white meat dishes, a substantial seafood meal or explore Asian cuisine ably supported by the lime and mango on the nose and the palate of pineapple, mango and ginger. A dollop of Viognier gives this Chardonnay some muscle. Delicious.

Ana Marija from Bovin is dry rose wine produced from Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon that undergoes a short cold maceration from which delicate intense rosé color is obtained. The nose is full of roses, wild strawberry cherry and pomegranate. Although there is a touch of residual sugar on the mid palate fresh fruits underpin balancing the sweetness. The attractive mix of fragrances the freshness yet mid sweetness makes it an ideal summer drink. It is best when combined with white cheese, salads and cold dishes,fish and shellfish, or it can accompany with fruity cake.To be served at 8-10°C
