Pretty transparent salmon dress, bright and limpid. The nose is franc and pleasant, a mix of fresh red berries (raspberry, gariguette strawberry); then come citrus flavors (mandarin and pomelo). The mouth is charming with a wine that is clean, fresh and available, where we rediscover the fruity and delicious scents that had been perceived on the nose. With time, supple wine, with a good acid support which gives it lightness and good dynamics. The wine is simple, pleasant and well scented with a finish in which we find citrus fruits and tangy notes.

Founded in 1815, Dolin is among the few remaining independent producers of Vermouth in the world and the last producing Vermouth de Chambery, still made according to the principles which earned Chambery, France's only A.O. The Aude Valley, stretching between Carcassonne and the Pyrenees in extreme south of France is similar in climate and Limestone soil to the Loire Valley. The high altitude and cooling evening breezes creates wines with varietal character, acidity and freshness. This wine by Le Chat is very pale pink in colour, sitting well within the classic Provence pale and dry spectrum. The nose is aromatic and sweetly perfumed with aromas of strawberries and rose petals. Le Chat Noir is a range of modern French wines created by Vincent Charleux. Inspired by the humble village bistro that is at the heart of French culture and cuisine, the Le Chat Noir wines are generous and approachable. The wines are sourced from the Aude Valley, located in the foothills of the Pyrenees south of the famed walled hillside town of Carcassonne. Rising to an altitude of 450 metres, the terraced, low yielding vineyards are cooled by refreshing winds and chilly nights, creating elegant and varietally expressive wines like this Pinot noir.
