The Montgravet brand is a tribute to the special terroirs from which our winemakers have sourced this top-quality wine. Mainly situated on south exposed gentle slopes, called Mont, they benefit from the warm sun, while the mists from the sea bring cooler winds. These specific vines were planted on clay soils mostly made of pebbles, called Gravet and their roots go deep into the ground to find water, enhancing the elegance of the wine.

Located on the peninsula of Saint-Tropez, Domaine de La Croix vineyards face the sea and enjoy optimal conditions for producing fresh and elegant wines. Full of finesse, this wine has lovely fruity notes of citrus, wild peaches and red berries. Long, fresh and round finish, perfect as an aperitif or to pair with grilled fish or prawns, roast meat and stuffed or grilled vegetables.

The colour is a mixture of faded copper and pink.The nose is elegant showing sweet strawberry and cherry characters, with a hint of fennel in the background. Typical regional fresh fruity characteristics of Grenache Rose, with aromas of strawberries and cream and tropical fruit cup with a palate of ripe strawberries and passionfruit and balanced acidity.

This rose was made from low yielding Shiraz grapes picked in April using the traditional Saignee style. The wine was fermented to dryness and has light berry flavours and crisp acidity.
