When you marry the unique terroir of this ancient site and the winemaking expertise of Louis Latour domaine, the result is the rich and engaging white wine. Complex flavours of peach and nectarine flow across the palate which finishes with a minerality the envy of most Chardonnay producers. Wonderfully attractive when young - buoyant and lively - yet will age for more than a decade to reveal toasty, textured buttered notes.

Fresh and deliciously dry, the Teusner Salsa Rosé is a blend of Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz sourced from top sites across the Barossa Valley. The wine is matured in seasoned oak barrels providing additional structure and complexity to the blend.

This French sparkling is ideal for everyday drinking or parties. The mousse is fine yet persistent and the creamy flavours are well balanced with zesty acidity on the finish. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, it is great value!

Pair with any white meat dishes, a substantial seafood meal or explore Asian cuisine ably supported by the lime and mango on the nose and the palate of pineapple, mango and ginger. A dollop of Viognier gives this Chardonnay some muscle. Delicious.
