Purple with deep black core. Strawberry, potpourri, raspberry, lavender, nutmeg, dark cherries, rose petal and blood plum lift from the glass. his wine is beautifully balanced, with a silky texture that isn’t overly concentrated or heavy. The fruit flavours are delicate and flow along a fine, with a creamy line of tannins. It feels refined, elegant, and has a distinct soft touch in its expression. The tannins make their presence known only in the final moments, always lingering quietly in the background. The finish offers a delightful, drying sensation, leaving behind the rich flavours of dark, dense red fruit. This wine is a true reflection of its unique microclimate—three acres of vines nestled on the steep slopes of Burnside, just eight kilometres from Adelaide’s CBD.

Black/purple in colour, we have cassis and chocolate, warm earth and tobacco leaves, dry herbs and cloves. There is good early complexity, a creamy texture, impressive length and silky tannins. The balance is immaculate. Oak, but it is melding so well that it merely adds to the impression of a big, bold, wonderful red.

First made in 1959, Penfolds Kalimna Shiraz is an icon in the field of warm-climate Shiraz. Always ripe, robust and generously flavoured. The Bin 28 is named after the Kalimna vineyard that was purchased back in 1945 and from which the original fruit was sourced from. Today, the Bin 28 is a great example of the Penfolds dedication to multi-region, multi-vineyard blending. The Barossa Valley will always remain an integral part of the Bin 28 blend providing rich, vibrant primary fruit flavours.

Sorby Adams Neptune Rings is a premium red wine range of signature Barossa grape varieties sourced from the region's finest soils. This collection honors our ancestor, John Couch Adams, who, along with fellow mathematicians, proved the existence of the planet Neptune in the 1840s. His name is immortalized in one of Neptune's five rings. Lassell is another ring of Neptune and is our signature Barossa old vine Grenache crafted from gnarly bush vines planted in the 1890s. The wine has a deep ruby color with a red-brick edge. On the palate, it offers fragrant flavours of wild strawberry and cranberry, complemented by a hint of orange zest and accompanied by other aromatic berries, leading to a creamy finish. It has been matured for 18 months in French oak hogsheads (30% new), coopered using 4-year air-dried wood by Francois Frere and Taransaud Coopers. The grapes are sourced from the multi-generational Riebke family vineyard in the Ebenezer district of Barossa. This wine is enjoyable now and has the potential to age beautifully until 2033. St Hugo Cabernet Shiraz displays a dark ruby red with purple hues. The bouquet of dark forest fruits such as plum, blueberry and cassis lead into a beautifully complex palate of blackcurrent, sweet plum and chalky tannins. There is a underlying savoury oak hint and a finish of lingering dark chocolate.

The name of this outstanding wine, 'The Holy Trinity' symbolises the Burge family's migration to the Barossa in the 1850's. The family, the vines and their faith created a tradition of winemaking that has continued for five generations. This wine also pays homage to the Barossa, encapsulating the three traditional red varieties of the Barossa - Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre. Under guidance of head winemaker Craig Stansborough, the three varieties come together to make a complex and flavour filled red.

St Hugo GSM is aromatic and bright, yet exudes the style and pedigree which are hallmarks of the St Hugo label. This Grenache Shiraz Mataro blend shows lifted fruit aromas of Turkish delight and briary complexity. The palate is plush, full and complex. Ripe fruit flavours are complemented by silky tannins and subtle oak.
