Heidsieck Monopole Rose Top Non-Vintage

Founded just before the French Revolution in 1785 by Florens-Louis Heidsieck, Heidsieck & Co Monopole is the original Heidsieck House and the 4th oldest Champagne house in the region. The nose is floral with subtle hints of violet, followed by fruity aromas of wild strawberry and raspberry. Very fine and elegant on the palate, with a delightful freshness with a refreshingly tart finish.

Champagne J.Vignier Ora Alba Grands Crus Blanc de Blancs Non-Vintage

Fresh on the nose, with flavors of apples and lemon, as well as hints of peaches. Tasty and smooth, this wine has a real texture, due to its fine bubbles and mineral acidity, as typical for the wines from the Côte des Blancs. On the palate, it evolves towards brioche-like, buttery and toasty flavors, with a touch of thyme and grapefruit on the final.

Bernard Lonclas Blanc de blancs Extra Brut Champagne

A life without Champagne will always be missing something. One of nature’s purest gifts needs to be experienced, so why waste another day? The occasional (or regular) breakfast Champagne is one of life’s joys, and a ‘blanc de blancs’ is the style to suit those joyous moments. ‘Extra brut’? Even better. This style of dry Champagne translates to without sweetness. The acidity is naturally balanced, kept in focus like a crystalline clean laser beam on the lips. From one of the most incredible grower-producers in Champagne, we are so excited to offer Bernard Lonclas’ beautiful bubbles. Or should we say works of art? This is pristine Champagne - with perfect precision and poise. Bone dry yet wildly enticing.

Guy Larmandier Cramant Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Non-Vintage

“It’s 100% chardonnay so it’s quite a light style, but still has those typical quite full-bodied characteristics to it. It’s got a little bit of that toastiness to it, a nice creamy mousse from the bubbles and it’s really nice and dry too. It’s got everything and it’s so well-balanced. I reckon this is one you’d break out on Christmas Day, or any kind of event, because it makes you look fancy as f*ck – the bottle itself looks so, so good, so if you can break this out and be like oh yeah totally, I can buy this type of Champagne, everyone will stop and be like whaaaat seriously?”

Champagne J.Vignier Aux Origines Blanc de Blancs Non-Vintage

High drinkability, suitable for many occasions, but still with the distinguishable elegance and finesse of a blanc de blancs champagne, smoothness and crisp acidity on the palate.
