The 2015 Elura Shiraz offers gentle, medium-weight palate with a charry oak overlay. Long, slow ripening period and cool fermentation with 20% whole bunches. Gentle basket pressing followed by 24 months in French oak.

Ripe red fruits, dusty tannin, savoury herbs from balancing Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. This is a tribute to classic claret with satiating impressions of autumn leaves and sage. Juicy, comforting and best enjoyed with friends.
Dal Zotto Arneis
Arneis, a crisp, crunchy, spicy Italian white originating from Piedmont, Italy, traditionally made without oak. Dal Zotto are owned and managed by the Dal Zotto family where their vineyards, winery and cellar door lie cradled in the tranquil King Valley in the foothills of the spectacular Victorian Alps of northeast Victoria. Their Arneis shows all the trademark lifted aromatics and crunchy acidity of its Italian cousins. Enjoy with great company and a plate of seared scallops.

His Sangiovese is one of the best examples in the country, with spicy, savoury fruit hiding a vein of mouth watering acid that is a hallmark of the variety. Barbera is a medium bodied wine with a deep red colour, originating from northern Italy. Our Barbera displays notes of cherries and red berries, supported by a good natural acidity which the variety is know for.
Weathercraft Beechworth Rose
This is not your average rosé. Handpicked from painstakingly managed 20-year-old Shiraz vines, the fruit was crushed and sent directly to tank to preserve the character of the wine. Fleeting contact with skins rewards with gorgeous colour and crunch. A cooler ferment keeps it bright, before ageing in old French oak for an element of savouriness.
